covid-19 precautions

August 25, 2021

The Mount Horeb Area Chamber of Commerce and the Thirsty Troll Brew Fest Committee are being proactive in taking extra precautions given the rise in cases of COVID-19 Delta variant. We take these health concerns seriously not only due to the impact on our festival, but also our community. We believe that we have a civic duty to do our best to protect one another and follow public health best practices. Please see details of our plan below and contact us with any questions you may have at 608-437-5914.

2021 COVID-19 TTBF Plan:

  • Reduction in attendees and brewers – the physical layout will remain the same but be spread out to allow for more physical distancing.

  • “No Touch” Beer Filling – only you will touch your glass at any given time.

  • Extra handwashing stations spread through the event as well as hand sanitizer.

  • We strongly encourage and recommend patrons to wear masks in our public spaces and will have them available at the festival and throughout the festival grounds.

  • We strongly encourage you not to attend if you have not been fully vaccinated and we ask you to stay home completely if you have any COVID symptoms of any kind. There is always next year!

  • Please note the Public Health website for additional information and guidelines: publichealthmdc.com/coronavirus

We will of course continue to monitor changes as they occur and update our best practices accordingly. We hope to see you soon and thank you for helping to ensure a safe event for all.
